Time for another super easy (and delicious!) crock pot dinner recipe! If your day is crazy, or you’re just lazy, this meal is for you! You can find it listed in my Easy Meal Planning post with free printables. Prep is super fast and can be done the night before if mornings are too hectic – the beauty of the crock pot. Keep in mind that the amount of chicken I’m “cooking” is for a family of six, but with 4 little ones. I use the leftovers for a pasta dish. I’ll give the recipe for that in a later post.
4lbs (1bag) chicken tenderloins, skinless & boneless, thawed
2/3 bottle Italian Dressing (I used Fat Free)
Italian Seasoning & Garlic Powder
Small Bag Tiny Red Potatoes
Parmesan Cheese
Lay tenderloins in crock pot. Pour on about 1/2 bottle of Italian dressing. Sprinkle seasoning. Throw in potatoes. Pour additional dressing over those. Add a little more seasoning. Â Cook on high for 4 hours/low for 8. Always check chicken’s internal temperature before consuming!
I served up on plate with some microwave steamed green beans and 8 minute bake seasoned loaf. Garnish all with parmesan cheese and enjoy! By the way, this also happens to be fairly nutritious compared to a lot of other quickie meals, and not too heavy on calories!
